At Enamstore, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Refund Policy
✅ Eligibility:

Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Final sale items (marked "Non-Refundable") are not eligible.

🔄 Process:

Contact us at service@enamstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide a return authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Ship the item back to our warehouse (return shipping fees may apply).

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy
🔄 We Offer Exchanges!

Available within 14 days of delivery for items in new, unworn condition.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to Request an Exchange:

Email service@enamstore.com with your order number and desired exchange details (size/color).

We’ll confirm availability and provide a return label if applicable.

Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship the replacement.

(Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.)

Damaged or Defective Items
⚠️ Received a faulty product? We’ll make it right!

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@enamstore.com with:

Order number

Photos/video of the damage or defect

We’ll review and provide a free return label or arrange a replacement/refund.

If a replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund.

(Tip: Inspect your order upon delivery and report issues immediately!)
